This beautiful apartment with a living area of 120m2 is equipped with all amenities that ensure a relaxing and carefree holiday.

The interiors are modern and at the same time cosy, referring in style and colours to nature, the sea and the holiday climate.

The sun-filled, air-conditioned living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a large table and chairs has direct access to the sheltered terrace of 22m2. The wall of the living room, glazed over the entire height, is sliding, which connects it to the loggia and makes a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and islands available not only from the terrace but also from the room. On the balcony, there is a dining table and a set of lounge furniture.

The sleeping area of the apartment includes:

Bedroom 1 - has 1 double bed, its own air conditioning and a private en-suite bathroom (shower).

Bedroom 2 - has 1 double bed, a reclining sleeping chair for 1 child and its own air conditioning. 

Bedroom 3 - has 2 single beds and its own air conditioning. Sea view.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share one bathroom (shower) with an entrance from the corridor.

A separate utility room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner.

A private stone-paved sun terrace with a shower, sun umbrella and sun loungers is a great convenience for guests. It is located right on the beach, about 5m from the sea.

On the ground floor of the building, there is a storage room for beach equipment, sun loungers and umbrellas with an entrance from the parking.

The apartment has 2 private parking spaces in the covered parking lot in front of the building.

BEACHES

The Aqua apartment is located only 20 m from the sea. The beach here is pebble and fine-grained with a gentle descent to the water. There is a private stone-paved sun terrace direct at the beach at guests' disposal. It is equipped with a shower, sun loungers and a sun umbrella.

Actually, the entire coast in this part of Sukošan is used for beaches. Most of them have a flat shore, which is- as well as the seabed- pebble and fine-grained here. The water gradually gets deep.

The other beaches in Sukošan: 

Dječji Raj Beach /Children's Paradise Beach/ - 1 km from the apartment.

Ideal beach for small children, where the coast is pebble (and partially paved with stone), the bottom is sandy and the waters are shallow. It is particularly suitable for playing games with balls, like 'picigin'. The beach is equipped with showers, changing cabins and toilets. There are beach chair and pedal boat rentals as well as Caffe bars.

Zlatna Luka Beach - 2 km

Located at the entrance to Sukosan from Zadar. The beach is covered with pebbles and tamarisk and pine trees provide natural shade during the summer heat. There are showers, changing cabins and chemical toilets. On the beach, you can enjoy beach volleyball.

Makarska Beach - 3 km 

The beach is partially paved and partially covered with pebbles, with plenty of natural shade of tamarisk. Nearby is a playground for volleyball, basketball court and bocce. Showers, changing cabins and chemical toilets are available.

D-Marin Beach -3 km

The newly-designed beach within D-Marin Dalmacija with accompanying content like a restaurant and an exclusive beach club. It is a pebble beach with luxury rest areas on the water.

NEAREST RESTAURANTS, CAFE BARS AND GROCERIES

The nearest grocery is 1,3 km away from the apartment, a coffee bar is 650 m and a restaurant is about 1,3 km far. The best choice of gastronomic points, shops and services can be found in the centre of Sukošan, which is distanced about 1,5km.

To reach our property, leave the A1 highway at the Zadar II (Zadar istok) exit and head towards Sukošan.
